Shipping Policy:

Items can be combine shipped. The more you purchase, the lower shipping rate per item you will get (for qualified items only, most USPS items are qualified, international shippings are less likely to qualify for combine shipment saving). Send us an email if you intend to purchase large volume (roughly over $200.00 depends on items) and want to find more saving on shipping for large volume order. Most items will be shipped out within 72 hours after receiving your payment except Saturday, Sunday and major national holidays. We can usually receive your credit card payment or PayPal payment instantly right after you initiate your payment. While we accept e-check payment through PayPal, however, unlike credit card or PayPal payment, e-check usually takes 3 to 4 business days to clear. We can only ship out your purchased item(s) after e-check clears. Unless you are prepared to wait an extra 3 to 4 days for your item(s) to be shipped out, we strongly discourage payment by e-check.

Return Goods:

We will exchange/credit a product, even if you make the error, but you will be responsible for all transportation charges. If we make mistake, we will be responsible for all shipping charges. Authorization must be obtained from us for the return of goods. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. The returned package must be received within 15 business days after authorization of return. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. Unless we make mistake, shipping charge is not refundable and we will not pay return shipping charge.

Replacement of Goods:

If for any reason you want to make a replacement (either because you make a wrong purchase or your find the product not meet your need), please advise us first. We will send replacing goods only after receiving the returning products.

When Will I Receive My Credit?

Credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account through PayPal. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we make mistake in the transaction.

How and where do I return product(s)?

If a product does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price (shipping charge not included). Please return to Carolinafalls, 616 Oak Grove Rd, Flat Rock, NC 28731, United States with original packing list which indicate invoice number.
